A manical pounder of the drums if there ever was one, Larry was the back-bone of the mighty VR sound. A flawless pro in the studio, Larry would often nail a song in one take-standing up to say "I'm done!!" at the end of the tune. Live, he was a steamroller and would often work himself so hard that the band would worry about him imploding before the set was done! A hi-point of the Live VR show was Larry's drum solo that would always involve the fans, and was different every night- never the same from show to show.
