Hello David:
The way I discovered VR was about a year or so ago, I was lucky enough to find a used but perfect copy of VR Plug in and hang on / Live in Tokyo. Which my friends tell me is a gem and very hard to find.
Once listening to that I was hooked. I have been playing guitar for 20 years and am always looking for great guitar oriented music with big tone and great musicians. Alla DREAM THEATER, SYMPHONY X, IMPELLITTERI, TREASURE LAND. You know what I am talking about. And when I heard Carl Albert , well that was the icing on the cake so to speak.
Since then I have purchased through this wonderful thing called the internet , my favorite WELCOME TO THE BALL and others like WORD OF MOUTH and just today I tracked down the self titled VICIOUS RUMORS.
I can honestly say that I am not to fond of the path the band has chosen to take after Carls passing and Mark McGee left.
Anyway, I have chewed on your ear long enough and it was awesome to hear from you, please e-mail me sometime to let me know what music and bands you are into now a days.
